How can I switch my business water supplier?
Gather important information, including your Supply Point Identifier (SPID) number and annual usage, and review the prices of different suppliers. To switch to Everflow, you can get a quote from our expert sales team today – we’ll do the rest.
How do I find my SPID number?
Your SPID number can be found on your water service invoices. On Everflow invoices, you’ll find the SPID on page two. For more information about SPIDs, read our short guide.
What’s involved in the switching process?
We’ll contact your current supplier and relevant industry bodies to begin the switch and arrange meter readings, ensuring we can give you accurate bills from the outset. You’ll then be set up on our billing system and our easy-to-use customer portal, and an opening bill will be provided.
Will switching business water supplier interrupt my water service?
No, switching does not affect the physical water supply or quality. Your local wholesaler still manages the pipes and treatment, so water continues to flow normally. The change is purely administrative: Everflow will take over billing and customer service without disruption.
Are there any costs to switching business water suppliers?
There is no charge to switching your business water supplier. In certain cases, you may need to pay an early-exit fee if your contract is not due to end soon – check your current terms first.
