What to expect on your Everflow journey

Applying for jobs can be daunting, especially if you don’t know what to expect. We thought we’d give you a bit of an idea of what happens when you apply to work at Everflow.

Firstly, we’re excited that you’re thinking of applying! We think Everflow is a special place to work. Things are always changing, there are always new opportunities, and there is always a chance to have a laugh along the way. We care about helping you to be the best you can, so we will provide you with the right training and development to get you to where you want to be.

The fact that we’re growing so quickly means we’ve always got new jobs coming up, and you can view our latest vacancies here (BambooHR). Once you apply, you’ll get a call from one of our lovely Talent team, either Leeanne or Paige, to get to know you a bit more and help work out if Everflow would be a good fit for you.

The next stage is an interview with a manager from the department you’d be working in, so we can work out whether you’ll have the skills and experience to be the best you can be in the role.

• People always say it, but just be yourself— we want to get to know you as a person, as well as your skills and experience, so don’t feel you need to put on a front.
